Matilda Brauer
Founding attorney
Advises volunteer boards, and rewrites the documents they have to live under.
Matilda Brauer started the firm to give boards a lawyer who answers the phone and puts the answer in writing. She advises on meetings, elections, contracts and the governing documents that sit behind every decision, and she is the lawyer who reads a declaration end to end before anyone proposes changing it.
She acts for associations only, and has said so from the first day.
