One side per community

The firm acts for associations or for homeowners, never for both in the same community. If we already advise your association, we cannot act for you against it, and we will tell you so at the start.

Please do not send confidential details through the contact form or by email until we have confirmed we can act for you. Information sent before then may not be protected.

Past results

Every community and every matter is different. Past work, figures and sample comments on this site do not guarantee or predict the outcome of yours.

Collections

When the firm collects assessments for an association, federal law may treat it as a debt collector, and information obtained may be used for that purpose.
